Jodie Comer admits that the zombies on the set of ’28 Years Later’ really scared her.
While filming, Jodie found herself genuinely frightened by the actors playing infected zombies. She shared how their makeup and acting were so realistic that it was hard not to feel scared. “It was like they were real,” she said, describing the eerie atmosphere on set. The crew did such a great job making everything look authentic that even though she knew it was all pretend, her heart would still race.
Sometimes I think about how movies can make us feel things even when we know they’re not real.
The whole experience was intense but also exciting for Jodie. She loved being part of a project that could evoke such strong emotions. It’s funny how something meant to entertain can also give you a good scare!
