Bill Skarsgård Initially Disliked His ‘Nosferatu’ Prosthetics, Saying “Ugh, I Look Like a Goblin”

At first glance, Bill Skarsgård wasn’t a fan of his ‘Nosferatu’ prosthetics, exclaiming, “Ugh, I look like a goblin.”

Transforming into a creepy vampire isn’t easy, and Bill had to endure hours in the makeup chair. The process was long and uncomfortable, making him feel like he was wearing a monster mask. But as time passed, he got used to it and even started to appreciate how it helped him get into character. It’s funny how something you dislike at first can grow on you over time.

I think we all have moments when we don’t like something new until we give it a chance.

Imagine having to wear itchy costumes and fake teeth every day! That’s what Bill had to do for this role. Yet, despite the initial discomfort, he managed to bring the eerie character to life.

Sometimes, actors have to go through strange things to make movies magical. It’s not just about acting; it’s also about becoming someone else entirely with the help of makeup and costumes.
